Our Story

MS Virtual Assistants started with a simple observation: business owners were spending more time managing admin than actually growing their businesses.

Founders Stella Wanyonyi and Maurice Sabwa brought two different worlds into one agency, 15+ years in executive and administrative support on one side and a background in business systems, automation, and operations on the other. Rather than build another agency that just handles tasks, they set out to build one that also fixes the systems behind them.

Today, we support clients remotely across the US, UK, Canada, and beyond, helping them stay organized, serve their customers better, and build processes that hold up as they grow.
