Club TKD currently practices every
Monday & Wednesday
from 3:00pm to 5:00pm
Tuesday & Thursday
from 4:00pm to 8:00pm
Come 30 minutes early to help with mat set-ups!
2nd Practice session starts at 7:00pm
Monday & Wednesday
from 1:00pm to 2:00pm
Fitness Loft - Pilates (core strengthening)
Monday/Wednesday will be
devoted to traditional training.ย
Tuesdays will be
devoted to kicking drills & sparring.ย
Thursdays will be
devoted to conditioning & sparring.
Please bring sparring gear if you have it. If not, the club will have some for you to use.
Fridays/Saturdays TBD for additional practice.
