Once known as Auraria Campus Taekwondo (ACT) and ranking 7th overall at nationals in 2013. Since Fall 2022, we've been rebuilding and we're passionate about taekwondo and many other forms of martial arts and are dedicated to creating a thriving community for martial artists of all levels.

We strive to empower Auraria campus students and faculty through accessible and affordable martial arts training, fostering personal development, well-being, and a deep passion for martial arts. We envision a vibrant community that inspires positive change and provides opportunities for students to compete nationwide, building a lasting legacy of excellence.
Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, we welcome everyone of any level and any age! Let us train, learn, and grow together!

There are club dues. It helps keep the club operational. Trying to keep burning holes into our doboks (도복) to a minimum. We do have fundraising means that you can do in order to cover your semesterly (that a word?) dues. Please talk to a club officer for more details.

Self-Defense
Self-Defense
Learn how to be aware of your surroundings and techniques that can help get you out of dangerous situations. We will be studying various martial arts to enhance this.

Establishing the basic principals of taekwondo in an artful series of movements/patterns. This helps enhance proper form and techniques.

No, we don't kick each other's butts.
We focus more on the explorative trial and error in order to grow and level up.

That's right. The art of breaking boards with our bare hands, elbows, feet, and head. Bring it!

Who says meditation can only be sit still and zone out. Here, we do active meditation. You get physical fitness and it's very enlightening.
Language & Culture
Language & Culture
Well, not the entire language (unless you want to), but we'll learn the commands, counting, and stuff in Korean. As well as Korean culture.
