The Michigan State University Women's Fast Pitch Club Softball Team is a competitive fast pitch team that plays other colleges and club teams. We are a group of experienced players wishing to further our softball careers at a collegiate level with a passion for the game and a desire to represent our school with pride.Â
The 2007 season was our first as a competitive team, and the 2010 season was our first season in the National Club Softball Association (NCSA). We have attended invitational and regional tournaments and have competed in the National Tournament in Columbus, Georgia over multiple seasons!
We had a successful 2023-24 season, placing first in the NCSA Great American Conference, placing second in the Great American Regional Tournament, and placing 7/8th in the NCSA World Series Series tournament in Columbus, GA!
We will be playing year-round (Fall & Spring Semesters). Upon making the team, throughout the course of the fall & spring seasons, we will be holding MANDATORY meetings and practices. Fund-raising will be a key component in determining the opportunities that we will have as a team, because the university does not provide monetary support. We are ran by the team, for the team. A membership fee will be collected and we will compete with other schools and in various tournaments. Please keep a look out on our socials for more information regarding our season and future tryouts. Tryouts are typically held the first or second week of the start of the fall semester!
