Emil Hofileña

Emil has been writing about the Manila theater scene since 2017. His work has been published in TheaterFansManila.com, Philippine Daily Inquirer, The Diarist.ph, CoverStory.ph, Rogue Magazine, and his blog Emil Reviews Things. He is also a film critic, and has served as juror for the Filipino Academy of Movie Arts and Sciences (FAMAS) Awards (2018, 2019) and the Cinema One Originals Festival (2019), as well as editor and facilitator for the QCinema Critics Lab (2023, 2025).
