Requirements for Performances:  

• You must have already paid the membership fee before the performance, or are bringing the check to the performance (you can state this on the form)

• The time limit for pieces is 9 minutes. If you would like to play something longer, please contact us beforehand.

• The dress code for all events is always business casual—that is, no jeans or sneakers. 

• We will make memorization optional. While we would prefer memorized pieces, we understand that many of you are still working on pieces. Therefore, we will make memorization optional, but if you need a page-turner, do let us know so we can prepare ahead of time. We want to avoid messy page turns that disrupt the performance.

• Please bring your own music supplies like stands and sheet music. We will not be able to provide anything except for page turners.

• All active members must participate in at least one event each semester. Please plan to attend or email us if you have conflicts and we can figure something out. If you would like to be considered for board positions, it is recommended that you participate in more events!
