Hardware Prototype Demonstrations

We are very excited to offer two new ways to participate in MSR – RoManSy 2024: Abstracts & Posters and Hardware Demos. Read on for more information about hardware prototype demonstrations.

For researchers, as well as student participants, abstracts & posters and/or hardware prototype demonstrations are a great opportunity to mingle and engage with their peers as well as seasoned researchers and thought leaders to discuss translational research and emerging technologies in robotics.

The peer-reviewed abstracts and descriptions & images of the hardware prototypes will appear in a separate MSR-RoManSy booklet.

Hardware Prototype Demonstrations: Proposals for research and design project prototype demonstrations at the 2024 combined USCToMM Symposium on Mechanical Systems and Robotics and the IFToMM Symposium of RoManSy (MSR-RoManSy 2024) are welcomed.

The demo session of MSR-RoManSy 2024 will be held from 5:00 pm to 6:00pm on Thursday May 23. It provides a forum to showcase prototypes for novel mechanisms, innovative applications of robotics, and student design projects.

Please use the following table to prepare your hardware demo proposal:
