Digital Rights and responsibility is understanding that if you are able to use and maneuver the internet, it is also your responsibility to help others. There will be some adults or peers that do not know how to navigate the internet and its potential threats as well and they deserve to be helped. It is their digital right to be taught how to work the internet cautiously.
