The aim of the Patient Measurements report is to display RPM data in a user-friendly way to make it easier for a clinician to prepare for and achieve far more productive interactions with patients and to manage patient care.
The Dashboard consolidates RPM, clinical notes, alerts, and other sources to provide clinicians with a unified view of their patient’s progress and data.
All information on the report is patient specific and available on a tab in the patient's medical record.
Summary page is to give a snapshot over time of in a summarized view of key information from the other tabs in the report.
Quantity of readings as well as how many of each type and status of reading is displayed. The user has options to interact with the data in any of the tables or charts as well as the date slider.
This page is designed to give a comprehensive view of measurements that have come in from RPM devices issued after enrollment.
Each of the different types of RPM measurements as well as their result status when compared to thresholds is available.
Notes from patient encounters entered into the BlueStep platform will be available on the patient note page. Also available are the dates that other patient encounters have occurred as well as the duration.
Self-directed remote vital sign gathering may result in multiple readings in a single day. The KPIs for blood pressure as well as heart rate are the average during the date range selected by the slider.
Every patient record will have a tab where the vital signs from RPM devices is reported.
