Soteria-360 Dashboard Overview

The aim of the Patient Measurements report is to display RPM data in a user-friendly way to make it easier for a clinician to prepare for and achieve far more productive interactions with patients and to manage patient care. 

The Dashboard consolidates RPM, clinical notes, alerts, and other sources to provide clinicians with a unified view of their patient’s progress and data.

All information on the report is patient specific and available on a tab in the patient's medical record.

The documentation provided by the Care Team is also pulled into the patient record in BlueStep to assist the provider with patient information throughout the month.  The Care Team forms a comprehensive Health Summary and posts it in the patient record at the beginning of each month.
