A. Pre-screen for Eligibility
Note: Follow the Pre-Screen procedure according to the Giving Clicks guide https://silverrise.online/
B. Log in to BlueStep using your credentials: https://givingclicksbaltimore.bluestep.net/
C. Add resident info to Pre-admits
D. Complete Patient Enrollment Form
E. Sign Umbrella Enrollment Packet
F. Upload other documents
