Student Book Recommendations

I recommend the Percy Jackson series because when you read them (or at least me) you really feel like you're actually there! Author Rick Ridoran really has a way with words. When I read them, I really get absorbed. I totally recommend the Percy Jackson series, and also the other series he authored, like the Kane Chronicles and the Heroes Of Olympus series. Here, I'm going to add the opening paragraph in the first book of the Percy Jackson series, the Lightning Thief.

Chapter 1, I Accidentally Vaporise My Pre-Algebra Teacher

Look, I didn't want to be a half-blood.

If you're reading this because you think you might be one, my advice is: close this book right now. Believe whatever your mom or dad told you about your birth, and try to lead a normal life.

Being a half-blood is dangerous. It's scary. Most of the time, it gets you killed in painful, nasty ways.

If you're a normal kid, reading because you think it's fiction, great. Read on. I envy you for being able to believe that none of this ever happened.

But if you recognize yourself in these pages-if you feel something stirring inside-stop reading immediately. You might be one of us. And once you know that, It's only a matter of time before they sense it too, and they'll come for you.

I think on your book recommendations you should maybe add the I survived because it is a good book to read and it gets you into the book and the author of the book. I survived is a really good author because she can get you into one of her books really fast because every time I read her books it gets me into it. Also, the author's name is Lauren Trisha if you wanted to search her up.

The Never Girls. The author is Kiki Thorpe. I REALLY recommend this book because if you like magic, fairies, magical things and adventure then, your in luck! Now it's the part when I tell you why I recommend this book. It just feels so magical and like you are actually there. It also makes you do these things like then you start to like magical things. You also start to do more adventure things like, try to find neverland or other things. Now I am going to tell you what the story is about, In a blink of an eye four best friends are whisked off to NeverLand, home to Tinker Bell and her fairy friends. The adventure of a lifetime is just the beginning! But how will the Never Girls get home? I hope you like this book as much as I do! (: There are 19 books.

I'd love to recommend the book Operation Redwood by S. Terrel French, because it is a book that really shows what some people are doing to the environment. I should also mention that I found this book on Epic! So far, I only found the book in Epic. It is a book about a random boy who gets sick at school, and goes to his uncle's house, because his Mom is five thousand miles away! Then, a few emails came into the computer that was running in the corner. And for whatever reason, Julian (the boy) looks at them. And he finds information that was better left alone... " The battle we have fought, and are still fighting, for the forests is a part of the eternal conflict between right and wrong, and we cannot expect to see the end of it... I really recommend this series because, It is super funny and silly. It also is very easy to relate to the characters in the story. For example, why do you have to go to school if you want to become a famous football player? It will definitely make you laugh, for me at least. If you want to look up this author his name is Dan Gutman. The illustrator you can also look up is Jim Paillot. I hope you like this book as much as I do!

I really recommend the Marguerite Henry horse books because it is about horses (plus, who doesn't like horses )? and adventure. she is also a really good writer and she is REALLY good at using details. I hope you like this book as much as I do! There are 43 books in all.

I recommend the book Charlie And The Chocolate Factory. I recommend this book because it's really funny. It's a great read and I like it a lot. I'm not going to spoil any of it to you, even if you already read it. Anyway, I like this book a lot, and want you to read it. Please do. I love the way Roald Dahl describes the candy, and the funny made-up words. (Scrumdiddlyumptious=adj extremely delicious, good tasting, looks good taste good, etc. OR good looking.

I recommend the book Breaking Cat News by Georgia Dunn. I really like it because it's funny. I like the way Georgia Dunn describes everything from a cat's view. It's really funny how the cats see things in regular life. Also, the cats call things differently from the way we call them. Example: butterflies=flying flowers for cats. This is why I like the book Breaking Cat News.

I really recommend the book Just Add Magic because It is full of lots of cool things! this is what it is about, When three 12 year old girls (Hannah, Darbie and Kelly) find a dusty old cookbook in the attic, they decide to try a few of the mysterious recipes that are inside.
