Types of Plea Bargaining:
Charge Bargaining: The defendant pleads guilty to a lesser charge or a subset of charges.
Sentence Bargaining: The defendant pleads guilty in exchange for an agreed-upon sentence, though the judge is not bound by this and can impose a different sentence.
Fact Bargaining: The defendant agrees to certain facts, which might influence the sentence or charges.
