Diversity in the classroom refers to differences in social identities. A person’s age, race, socioeconomic status, disability, and nationality all comprise a person’s social identity. Students should understand and celebrate the differences in our classroom. It's important to addess this issure inside and outside of the classroom in order to grow studnets experiences and outlook on the people that will be surrounding them for the rest of their lives. It's also important to understand that students come from all different backgrounds and sometimes it can influence their learning abilities and school experience.
