From grassroots to professional sport, Hollys' experience spans rugby, football, ironman athletes and the general public. She specialises in injury diagnosis, treatment and rehab. Getting both athletes back to performing and the general public back fit and improving their day to day quality of life.

Sophie Everett

Meet Sophie.

With 5 years' experience from grassroots to international sport, she works with high-performance athletes. Sophie specialises in athlete rehab, injury assessment and management, and tailored return-to-performance strategies.
