My Educational Philosophy

Education is one of the most important characteristics a child must have in order to succeed in this world. It consists of attaining knowledge throughout the course of one’s lifetime. It is preparation for contributions to society and in the workplace. There is no way anyone can achieve their greatest potential without some knowledge and understanding in the form of education. The element that helps our children reach their goals is the teacher. The professionalism, curriculum, teaching models, classroom management skills, and assessment knowledge of the teacher will determine if our children succeed academically. The knowledge of professionalism, curriculum, teaching models, classroom management, and assessment is what will be the deciding factors of educating our children. Creating a loving and caring environment for students to learn prepares them for success in society and the workplace. As teachers, we set the example for that success. Being fully understanding, knowledgeable and encouraging establishes the best rapport among students to develop the best results academically. It also fuels their imagination into how they will change the world as our future leaders.
