FINDING YOUR STRENGTH
Let’s be active, be strong and have fun!
Problem and Purpose:

What can students do everyday to help improve their mental health over time?
What do students need to do everyday to reach a physical strength and coordination goal?
What is the correlation between mental health and physical health?
How can we better understand our mental needs and physical abilities over the long term?
