Cancellation Policy

Tardiness Policy

The Student will have a five minute grace period to join the tutoring session. 

If the Tutor was notified in advance or within the 5 minute grace period that the Student is on the way but running more than 5 minutes late, then the normal session fee applies. 100% session fee minus any minutes remaining at the end of session.

If the Tutor was not notified that the student is running late, then the session will be considered cancelled if the student does not show up within the 5-minute grace period. 100% cancellation fee. Nonrefundable.

Cancellation Policy

If the Student and/or Client gives at least 24 hours notice of cancellation, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If the Student and/or Client gives less than 24 hours notice (up to the scheduled meeting time), a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Nonrefundable.

​If the Student and/or Client gives notice of cancellation after the start time of the scheduled session, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. Nonrefundable.

Cancellation fees cannot be avoided by the Student briefly attending (for less than half the scheduled time) only to end the session early so as to not be charged the remaining minutes.

If the Tutor needs to cancel, the Tutor will give as much notice to the Student and/or Client as possible and give the Student priority for rebooking within 7 days. If Tutor cannot rebook within 7 days, the next scheduled session will be complementary.
