・代表者として発表できる方は日本菌学会会員のみで，原則として１名１題とします．

・共著者としての演題数には制限はありません．

・非会員の方で発表を希望される方は，参加申込前に日本菌学会への入会手続きを行ってください． 入会年度は2026年度でかまいません．

・賛助会員としてご出席の方は発表できませんので，ご了承ください．

・Only MSJ members can present as the presenting author, and, in principle, one person may present only one topic.

・There is no limit to the number of presentations in which a person can participate as a co-author.

・Non-members who wish to present must complete membership registration with the Mycological Society of Japan ・before registering for the conference. You may select 2026 as the membership year.

・Please note that those attending as supporting members are not eligible to present.

・口頭発表用のWindows PCを各会場に設置します．5/17（日） 午前の発表演題は 9:00までに，5/17（日） 午後の発表演題は14:30までに，口頭発表用のPCに発表ファイルをインポートしていただきますようお願いいたします．

・原則として，発表者各自のPCを持ち込んで発表いただきます．5/17（日） 午前の発表演題は 9:00までに，5/17（日） 午後の発表演題は14:30までに，可能な限りプロジェクターへの接続確認をしていただきますようお願いいたします．

・学生の口頭発表に対し，厳正な審査のうえで優秀発表賞を選出します．

・口頭発表の時間は12分，質疑3分の計15分を予定しています（演題数によって変更の可能性があります）．

・A Windows PC for oral presentations will be available in each session room. For presentations in the morning session on Sunday, May 17, please import your presentation file to the PC by 9:00 a.m. For afternoon presentations, please do so by 2:30 p.m.

・In principle, presenters are requested to bring their own computers for their presentations. For presentations scheduled on Sunday, May 17, presenters of morning sessions are requested to confirm connection to the projector by 9:00 a.m., and presenters of afternoon sessions by 2:30 p.m., whenever possible.

・Oral Presentation Awards will be selected for student oral presentations based on a rigorous evaluation.

・The scheduled time for each oral presentation is 12 minutes, followed by 3 minutes for questions, for a total of 15 minutes (subject to change depending on the number of presentations).

・日本菌学会は特許法第30条（発明の新規制喪失の例外）に基づき特許庁長官が指定している学術団体であり，発表から６ヶ月の間は「その技術思想」を本人のものとして申請する権利を保持することができますが，諸手続は発表者ご自身の責任において行ってください．

・不測の事態により登録データが消失した場合，電子メールまたは本学会ホームページ上にてお知らせの上，再登録を行っていただく場合がございます．

・天災や気象警報の発令等があった場合，大会実行委員会の判断により大会プログラムの一部を変更・中止する可能性があります．

・The Mycological Society of Japan is an academic organization designated by the Commissioner of the Japan Patent Office under Article 30 of the Patent Act (exceptions to loss of novelty). Presenters retain the right to file a patent claiming the “technical concept” as their own within six months of the presentation; however, all procedures must be carried out at the presenter’s own responsibility.

・In the event of unforeseen circumstances resulting in the loss of registration data, you may be asked to re-register after notification via email or the Society’s website.

・In the event of natural disasters or the issuance of weather warnings, parts of the conference program may be modified or canceled at the discretion of the Organizing Committee.
