專題時間：暑期訓練(八周)及上學期開學第一周至下學期末 (學期中不得加入)
先修課程 ： 數位系統設計、電子學(一)、(二)
IC設計基礎課程：VLSI 設計導論 (三下)
專題製作內容 ：
UMC18：2人一組完成一顆教育性晶片，完成下線報告、量測晶片，依系上規定完成專題報告影片 (不可使用修課期末專題折抵)。
ADFP：2人一組完成數位或類比電路，完成 Presim, Postsim ，依系上規定完成專題報告影片 (不可使用修課期末專題折抵)。
Project Time：A undergraduate intern student information session will be held from the first week of each semester to the end of the next semester (students are not allowed to attend during the semester).
Preparatory Course ： DESIGN OF DIGITAL SYSTEMS、ELECTRONICS (I)、(II)
Fundamentals of IC Design：INTRODUCTION TO VLSI DESIGN
If you haven't taken this course yet, you'll need to attend lab training. We suggest doing this during the summer as a rising junior or in the winter of your third year.
Project Content :
U18：You will collaborate in pairs to create an educational IC. This involves delivering a tape-out report and conducting chip measurements. You must also follow the department's guidelines to film a project presentation video. (This project cannot be a substitute for a previous course’s final project.)
ADFP：Complete the design of either digital or analog circuits, including pre-simulation (Pre-sim), post-simulation (Post-sim), and a final project report.
