Mounds Park Academy - Head Boys Swim Coach

Mounds Park Academy (Saint Paul, MN), a PreK–12 independent school serving approximately 575 students, seeks a Head Boys Swimming Coach.

Under the direction of the Athletic Director, the Head Coach will lead all aspects of the program, including organizing practices, developing meet strategies, building a competitive team, and supervising assistant coaches. This role serves as an extension of MPA’s mission by fostering an inclusive, student-centered environment that develops character, leadership, and a lifelong love of learning and competition. This will be the program’s inaugural year, and we anticipate 10-15 swimmers coming out for the team.
