We are situated in the vibrant center of Tisa, Cebu City. Please note that if you plan to visit us, kindly schedule an appointment. This allows us to reserve your preferred date and time, ensuring a smooth experience for both you and our other valued customers.

HOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

Feel free to message us directly on our Facebook page to request a booking for your preferred date and time. Our availability is from Mondays to Saturdays, between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM. You can also arrange a meetup for the free pickup and delivery of items within Cebu City using our in-house rider for added safety. However, If you opt for an online delivery app, please note that you will be responsible for the safety of your item as we will not be liable for any loss or damage to the item/s.

HOW MUCH ARE YOUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES?

Prices for our handcrafted items will vary based on the design, sizes, gold requirements, and labor costs. If you prefer, you can supply your own gold, such as old, unrepairable, or unmatched earrings, and only pay for the labor involved, which will be determined by the specific work required.

HOW TO ORDER?

Please send us your preferred design, sizes, and the karat you desire for a price quote. Upon receiving the quote, a 50% payment is required to confirm your order. The production time typically takes about a week, depending on the intricacy of the design. Finally, you can choose to have the item delivered or pick it up as you settle for the outstanding balance.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 24K, 18K & 14K GOLD?

Gold jewelry is categorized by karat weight indicating gold purity:

24 karat gold is 99.9% pure, soft, and yellow, best for investments due to softness.
18 karat gold is 75% gold and 25% other metals, balancing purity and strength, suitable for regular wear.
14 karat gold is 58.3% gold, durable and affordable, ideal for everyday jewelry.
