I have been a professional Teacher and Child Care Provider in Florida for the past 15 years. I've worked with children in Pre-School though 12th grade. I've also completed all required trainings and certifications for childcare which includes 160 plus hours of childcare training for infants, toddlers and children up age 12. I obtained my credentials and trainings while attending Nova southeastern University and Broward College. I am CPR/ First Aid AED certified. I have over 10 years of experience in working with special needs children.

Working with children is something I really enjoy doing because every day is different and it’s amazing to be a part of a child's life while they are learning and growing. The children are the future, and it is my job to support parents and advocate for the well-being of their learning and growth. I enjoy indoor and outdoor activities, arts and crafts, music, dance, playing instruments. I also like to do simple cooking activities with children ages 4+

Ms. Dorothy’s Children’s Center is dedicated to the development of character, independence, and value in children. We promote personal, emotional, physical growth and everyday life skills. We implement and organize activities that will stimulate each student's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social growth. Ms. Dorothy’s Children’s Center is providing a consistent and positive place for children to gather where lessons and activities are planned, developed and lead by the experienced professionals, allowing children to develop the skills they need to be responsible individuals.
