This month's class project is all about the United States! Each student will be assigned two states and will be provided with two 8x10 poster boards. The students are to cut out the shape of the two states they are assigned. Then, the students will research facts, photographs, graphs, history, and/or geography of the states and paste them on the posters. Because we have 25 students in the class, we will end up with all 50 states. I will be posting the finished product of all 50 states on our classroom wall, so be sure to have yours completed by the due date. Note: Each student will be presenting their two assigned states in front of the class. Be creative!
