Join us for this free, two-day training to learn about the biology and neuroscience of trauma, the meaning of felt safety, and how to create ways of being and cultivate environments that promote resilience.
This training is recommended for professionals, administrators, and supervisors responsible for overseeing and developing trauma-responsive practices in their workplaces and services.
This two day training will take place on November 15th and 16th, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Participants will be able to define and understand how our brains and bodies perceive the outside world through the lens of Felt Safety.
Participants will explore tools that relate neuroscience into our everyday lives, including the ACE Study, the Hand Brain, and the Fear Cascade.
Participants will be invited to explore their identity and its connection to Felt Safety.
Participants will learn and practice the impact of story telling as a modality to heal the brain and body and build greater connection of Felt Safety with their peers.
Participants will be invited to explore how safe communication can foster connections and co-regulation with others.
Participants will develop an understanding of the Top Five Resilience Factors and how they can promote and enhance resilience in others.
