The goal of MS Baseball Recruiting is to help high school-aged baseball players and families navigate the world of baseball recruiting.  The core principle is education on the process of baseball recruiting.

Do you know the rules, guidelines, and timelines college college coaches must follow in recruiting players?

Do you have someone in your circle who will be honest in the evaluation of you as a player and what levels of college baseball could be your best fit?

There is so much to navigate and be educated on to best promote yourself and catch the attention of college coaches across the country.

MS Baseball Recruiting was founded in 2024 by Coach Michael Skroch after the 18U season for ESP Red 2024, a high-level travel team out of Oswego, IL.  ESP Red 2024 saw 19 of the 23 players who played 17U and 18U move on to college baseball.

Coach Michael Skroch is a 23-year high school and travel coach, who has helped over 50 athletes in the last 8 years move on to play baseball at the college level (NJCAA, NAIA, NCAA D1, D2, and D3)
