Dr. Mahmoud SAYED AHMED has a Ph.D. degree in Civil (Bridge & Structural) Engineering from Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) and is a licensed professional engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia. Mahmoud has 25 years of experience in engineering, procurement, and construction management (EPCM) for the design and construction (D&C) for transportation structures, residential buildings and high-rise buildings. His engineering design experience includes the design and construction (D&C) of simple-span and multi-span bridges, concrete and corrugated steel pipe (CSP) culverts, retaining walls, underpinning, micropiles, rapid bridge replacement (RBR), roof trusses, steel-concrete-wood-masonry structures. His construction project management (PM) experience includes managing the project cost, resources and schedule in addition to recruiting staff, managing design consultants, liaising communication with sub-contractors, legal authorities and vendors, conduct estimates and quantities takeoffs.
