Dr. Mahmoud SAYED AHMED has a PhD degree in Civil-Structural Engineering from Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) and is a licensed professional engineer (P.Eng.) in ON, MB, SK, AB and BC. Mahmoud has 25 years of experience in engineering, procurement, and construction management (EPCM) for transportation structures, residential buildings and high-rise buildings. His engineering design experience includes the design of simple-span and multi-span bridges, concrete and corrugated steel pipe culverts, retaining walls, underpinning, micropiles, rapid bridge replacement, roof trusses, steel-concrete-wood-masonry structures. His construction project management experience includes hiring staff, managing design consultants, liaising communication with sub-contractors, legal authorities and vendors, conduct estimates and quantities takeoffs, and monitor resource and financial flow with the project schedule.
