OUR CAPTAINS & OTHER MEMBERS

Matthew is one of our original members of the team, he started his journey, interested in both robots and financial literacy, marketing, and business in general, his first year on the team was when he started his business career from scratch, not knowing what he was getting himself into, or how it would turn out.  

Vasil is another one of our original team members, since the start of the team he has had a passion for building things. He has been our lead builder for the past couple years, now at his senior year, he has graduated from lead builder to co-captain.

Elijah has been one of our drivers on the team since the start, for the past few years he has been growing his impressive driving expertise as our lead driver (We think he will pursue life as a professional car drift racer).

Jason's interest began in 4-H, where seeing a robot in action influenced him to becoming a programmer. He now leads the team's coding efforts and takes joy in expanding his skills in CAD and teaching others what he has learned. 

Despite joining the robotics team having little interest in engineering, Gabe still had a passion for the business side of our team, he took training under Matthew, our previous business lead, and had desire to rise above the business empire and take the title as "Director".

Nikola started in our team with an interest and desire to code, he was one of our original coders at the start of the team. Now heading into our third year as a team, Nikola has developed his skills as one of our few coders on the team, bringing life to the robots.

Stefan is one of our coaches younger boys, he started in the robotics team as an intern and our unofficial mascot. Now after some time, he has graduated as an FLL (FIRST Lego League) team engineer and jr multitasker in our team.

Michael is one of our newer team members, he started participating in our team as one of our multitaskers due to his interest in pursuing in trades as a future profession. He participates in our coding team, build team, and our business team.
