Our core mission on the Grizzbots team is to dominate with our robots with gracious professionalism as the different seasons bring different objectives, as well as educate others who are interested in what we do in the STEM field.

At the HQ we have an overall discussion with our 12 team members, we also make plans for our upcoming scrimmages or outreach events, then we split up into 4-5 sub-teams which are build team, business/marketing team, coding/software team, driving team, and on the occasion, outreach team to give each sub-team a chance to focus on their specific needs and objectives for the week.
