44 million people in America are food insercure. 13 million children in the United states are food insecure. Children who face hunger are more likely to fall through the cracks. They face higher risks for asthma. They have higher drop out rates. It is important to feed America because it affects our society as a whole. The death, unemployment, and poverty rates are at an all time high.
