Classroom Procedures
Classroom Reward Procedures:
In my class, we will use a variety of classroom management techniques.
Table Points: Students can work as a team to earn points for following our classroom expectations and showing responsible behavior in class. The table with the most points at the end of the day can pick items from our treasure box. (We earn and lose 1 point at a time.)
Sticker chart: Students will have individual sticker charts on their desks. They can earn stickers by following our classroom and school expectations. They must fill out their entire chart throughout the week and may earn a prize from our treasure box weekly.
Class Star Jar: Students will work as a combined class to earn stars to fill our jar and earn a whole class reward. Students will gain a star when I see all of them working together respectfully and responsibly, being respectful while walking in the halls together, getting good reports when they are together at specials, and behaving well for substitute teachers. This will be a monthly activity, and class rewards will be randomized.

Classroom Disipline Procedures:
In my class, we focus on the positives; this being said, our consequences will be directly linked to most of our reward systems to correct mistaken behaviors.
If table groups are a mess, too loud, talking while someone else is talking, or are not following directions, they can lose any table points they have earned. (We earn and lose 1 point at a time.)
Students will not earn any stickers if they do not show the correct behavior, however, stickers will not be taken away from students. Stickers can only be earned.
Students will not lose stars from the jar, but if they do not display proper class behavior, they will not earn any stars. It does not matter how many stars they have; the jar must be filled to earn a prize.
