LUNCH MEETINGS --  Every Wednesday in Room 153. This is when we'll organize for the week, arrange photographers for events, establish our themes, colour palettes, fonts, etc., and do most of the management side of the job.

AFTER SCHOOL MEETINGS -- You MUST attend either Mondays after school OR Thursdays, whichever works best for your schedule that week. We'll be based out of Room 239, the computer lab. There will be some MANDATORY dates for special sessions; make sure to clear your calendar as soon as these dates pop up. 

MAKE SURE YOU SEND YOUR THEME PITCHES IN TO MS. HANSON NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY SEPT. 24TH BEFORE LUNCH. IF I DON'T HAVE IT, WE CAN'T VOTE ON IT.
