Elementary Teacher

I am a NYS and NJ certified early childhood/childhood education teacher (B-6). I received my degree from SUNY New Paltz in December of 2022. I completed a concentration in geography which strengthen my understanding in community, diversity, and issues in different areas of the world. My student teaching consisted of a 1st grade setting for 8 weeks and then a 3rd grade setting for an additional 8 weeks. I am so happy to be apart of the Weehawken teaching community as an elemeentary educator. 

FACS Educator

In January 2024 I began my MS in Family and Consumer Science Teacher Education at Queens College. This program will provide me with the resources and knowledge needed to guide today's youth to make the best choices in their lives. Taking control in your life and making steps to become the best version of yourself is rooted in my teaching philosophy. As individuals we are responsible for the direction of our lives and being able to teach students this while also creating a fun and engaging atmosphere is what I will strive to do in my future FACS classroom.
