We want all children to have a positive experience at Mrs. Davis' After School Academy. If you have any suggestions or concerns, please address those with the on-site director.

TUITION

Mrs. Davis' After School Academy does not charge registration, enrollment, or activity fees. You will be making a $40.00 deposit when you initially enroll your child that will go toward your first payment. There will be a $5.00 fee every 1-15 minutes if you are a late pick up after 6:00pm. Tuition is due every Monday if you are paying weekly or you have to pay on the day for daily attendance.

Tuition payment should be made by check and placed in the payment box on site at each after school program. All check make payable to: Mrs. Davis' After School Academy. At any point a payment is not received by Tuesday of any week, parent/guardian will be notified that the child (children) may not return to care until full payment is made. There will be a $10 late fee added to the weekly or daily fee.

There are no discounts for:

• Multiple children in a family

• Absence due to illness

• Absence due to personal vacation

• Absence due to family emergency

Regular weekly enrollment for after-school care is billed at $45.00/week. Children may attend one day or all five, and remains $45.00. The weekly enrollment is 3 or more of attendance.

Please note that set daily schedule enrollment (i.e., one or two days per week) is limited and scheduled days are not flexible. A set daily schedule will be $15.00/day. This is only attendance of 1-2 days a week.

Prorated fees will be assessed to coordinate with Henry County calendar. During these weeks, the tuition will be based on $15.00/day.

Examples of pro-rated weeks would include: partial week the first week of school and during Thanksgiving week.

Drop-in Care may be available. Please contact Mrs. Davis to confirm. Payment must be made at pick up $15.00/day.

Returned Checks: If a check is returned to Mrs. Davis' After School Academy for any reason, parent/guardian will be notified. Any bank charges the Mrs. Davis' After School Academy incurs due to a returned check, must be paid by the parent/guardian. Repeated return checks will result in a cash-only tuition payment required at the first of every week.

Child Care Assistance Program (3C's) - weekly co-pay must be made by check on the first scheduled day of each week. Valid contracts must be presented on or before the first day of attendance. Contact your local eligibility worker or (855) 306-8959 http://benefind.ky.gov/
