All About the Teacher!

My name is Amanda Anderson. I am so excited to be your child's Third Grade teacher! This is my fifth year teaching at Peirce Elementary. I was a First Grade teacher for 3 years and this will be second year teaching Third grade! I am looking forward to a year full of learning and adventures!

I was born and raised in Sharon, Massachusetts. I have been working in education since I was in high school. I graduated from Bridgewater State University in 2017 with a degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Special Education. I graduated with a masters degree in reading last year. Prior to teaching at Peirce I taught 5th grade in Everett, Massachusetts. When I am not in school you will find me on the couch every Sunday cheering on my favorite football team. Go Patriots! I love spending time with my friends, family and most importantly my dog Roo!
