Go to step two in the welcome email to login to student email. Ohlone uses outlook NOT google to communicate with students.
Your student email address is your myohlone username followed by student.ohlone.edu
for example: alopez62@student.ohlone.edu
username: alopez
password: should be the same as myohlone password.
Use the student jump page to navigate through important websites as a college student.
Common Problems
When setting up email it may as you to download the outlook app or authenticator app
You can see if it lets you skips set up.
I recommend you go through with autherticator but its up to you.
Remember, if you delete the app you will need to set it up again and may have trouble logging in.
Stop by to see me if issues persist as this part in the application process can be challenging
