Early College students have to take a self-placement to be able to register for their course(s)
The self-placement takes 2-3 days to reflect into your account. It's important to take the test when avaible to avoid any delays in enrollment
Before taking the self-placement test, please ensure you have created your MyOhlone account, including your username and password. You will use these credentials to log in and access the self-placement tool.

Once logged in, you’ll be guided through the placement process, which will prompt you to provide relevant information.
Reminder: This is not a traditional test that requires studying. Instead, you will self-report the highest level of math and english courses you have completed, along with the grades you received, to determine your placement.
Lastly, the most IMPORTANT step: After submitting your results, be sure to take a screenshot of your placement. This is crucial if you plan to enroll in a course with prerequisites. Having this screenshot on hand will save you time if you need to meet with a counselor for verification or further assistance.
