Our Refurbish Exchange service is created to solve the the problem of having your wine going bad while you are waiting to have your cooling unit repair.
HOW IT WORKS
Complete your order for a refurbished unit, plus a small refundable deposit
A refurbished unit will be delivered to you, along with a return postage inside
Use the box and return postage to send your old unit back to our factory. (You will be able to schedule a pickup with FedEx to pick up the shipment right from your home.)
We return your deposit upon receiving your old unit
