COMMUNICATE - Talk to them and be an advocate for them, foster open commuincstion with your child about theire experiences in HPE class. Discuss the importance of maintating good physical and mental health and address any questions or concerns they may have.
ENCOURAGE PHYSICAL ACTIVITY - Support and encourage your child to engage in physical activities they enjoy. Whether its playing sports, going for walks, or participating in recreational activities, being active outside of school contributes to overall well-being.
BALANCED NUTRITION - Provide a balanced diet for your child, including a variety of fruitsm vegetables, and whole grains. Educate them about the importance of making healthy food choices.
SCREEN TIME MANAGEMENT - Help your child establish a healthy balance between screen time and other activities. Encourage outdoor play, reading, and creative pursuits to promote a well-rounded lifestyle.
