MRT PUTRAJAYA LINE

Dear Valued Customer,

First and foremost thank you for using our MRT Park & Ride facilities.

As information, to enjoy the privileged of flat rate parking charges, the following terms must be complied as per below:-

1) For Park & Ride users, please use the same Touch & Go card, My50 or normal IC Card for parking and together with MRT train for RM4.50 per entry charge and return to the same station on the same day using MRT.

2) For Non-MRT User, you will be charged hourly. First hour RM3.30 and subsequent hour RM1.10 and the maximum charge for 24 hours / overnight is RM16.10 (For Sg Buloh & Phileo Damansara only)

3) For Non-MRT User (For KG & PY Line), you will be charged hourly. First hour RM3.30 and subsequent hour RM1.10 and the maximum charge for 24 hours / overnight is RM11.00 (all Park & Ride except Sg Buloh & Phileo Damansara)

3) The same Touch & Go card must be used on your return journey from the MRT station to the Park & Ride.

4) On your return journey, you must leave the Park & Ride within 2 hours of exiting the MRT station fare gates.

5) Standard rates per hour will apply if you re-enter and exit the station without taking the train.

6) If the user parks the car more than 12 hours, “The maximum per Day / Overnight” will be reapplied on top of previous charges.

If you have complied with the following terms, and are still being overcharged, kindly provide us with the following details for further action.

1) Touch & Go statement (via PDF Format)

2) Beneficiary name

3) Bank Account No

4) Contact Number

5) A copy of payment receipt (if any)

 The purpose we ask for your bank details is to refund back the amount into your bank account if the case is genuine.
