This is a game students can access through the app on their iPads. This link can be used when students are using a computer. Students create characters and then play a game and must answer assigned math problems along the way in order to earn rewards to use in their game. The teacher can assign the math problems, or the problems can be automatically generated based on a placement test students take at the beginning of the school year.
Xtra Math www.xtramath.org
This is a website students use to practice flash cards to become better with fact fluency. Students must go through addition and then subtraction to reach multiplication and then division. This should be practiced daily and only takes about 10-15 minutes to complete each day. Students work on responding quickly and receive visual feedback on how they are progressing.
Multiplication Mashup is a great collection of catchy songs for learning the multiplication math facts.
