About Me

My name is Brittany and I am a K-12 certified music teacher in the state of New York. I have my Bachelor's (2018) and Master's (2022) degrees in Music Education from the State University of New York at Fredonia. I also completed my Gordon Institute of Music Learning (GIML) Level I Instrumental course (2021) and Orff Level I certification (2023).

In the last seven years, I've taught band at the elementary, middle, and high school levels, as well as general music K-6. I currently teach K-4 General Music, Band, and Chorus. I teach band a little differently than most have before, and hope to give you some inspiration and tips along the way. I LOVE finding new ways to engage with students and make life easier for teachers! I will be starting year eight in the 25-26 school year!
