Hello!

My name is Bekka VanOss and I will be your child's second-grade teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. This is my seventh year teaching at Turtle Lake. I graduated from the University of Northwestern - St. Paul in 2019 with degrees in Elementary and ESL Education. I spent my first two years teaching 4th grade at TL and am thrilled to be teaching 2nd grade again this year!

My husband (Ben) and I live in Coon Rapids with our 3 year old (Elliott), and our 10 month old (Wesley). In our free time we love to travel, play games, spend time with family and friends, and work on house projects. Our boys keep us pretty busy but I have also recently discovered a love for making pottery!
