Families play a vital role in supporting third-grade learners throughout the school year by fostering consistent routines, encouraging academic growth, and maintaining strong communication with the classroom. Creating a quiet, organized space for homework and daily reading helps students stay focused and develop responsibility. Regular review of math facts, spelling or vocabulary words, and reading comprehension strategies reinforces classroom learning and builds confidence. Staying informed through assignment books, bi-weekly emails, and classroom updates ensures families remain connected to their child’s progress. Open communication with the teacher and celebrating effort over perfection further strengthens the home-school partnership, empowering students to thrive both academically and socially.

Yes! We use IXL, ZEARN, Teach your Monser and Booklet.
Once MAP testing is complete, I will assign occasional work in IXL.
