Each year, I expand our resources and library so that I am always giving our students the best education possible. If you are able, please help us add some exciting books, fun and educational games, art supplies, or engaging resources to Room 104. We would be so grateful for your help with my Amazon Wish List!
Welcome to Room 104!
To my 2nd grade students, I am so looking forward to getting to know your amazing families! To my 3rd grade students, I am honored to partner with you for another joyful year of learning and exploring!
My name is Sarah Mauhay (pronounced Mah-OO-hi), and this is my 10th year teaching in Milpitas. Though I've taught all the way up to sixth grade, the primary grades feel like home to me. Watching your students grow in their educations, friendships, socioemotional tools, and leadership abilities throughout the year is a privilege each and every year.
We have some “Start of the Year” forms to complete. First, Weller’s required forms can be found in the Aeries Parent Portal. Second, our Room 104 Google Form is linked here. If you would like paper copies or a copy in your home language, please email me or send a message with your student. For those who completed this last year, please do so again with any updated information on your student's interests. Please read and complete the Aeries forms and our class Google Form by Back to School Night on August 29 at 5:30pm.
If you would like to learn more, please explore our own website and the Weller website. You can also review the materials provided to your student on their first day. Regular Day: School starts at 8:00am and gets out at 1:42pm.
Students must be in uniform.
Students may wear masks.
