My name is Sarah Mauhay (pronounced Mah-OO-hi), and this is my 11th year teaching in Milpitas. As you may know, I will be starting the year on Maternity Leave. I have carefully selected and planned for the amazing  educators, Faye Chouman and Anna Jeng, who will be providing high quality education for your students until I return.

     Each year, we have some start of year forms to complete. First, Weller’s required forms can be found in the Aeries Parent Portal. Second, our Room 104 Google Form can be found using the QR code below. If you would like paper copies or a copy in your home language, please email Faye or send a message with your student. For those who completed this last year, please do so again with any updated information about your student’s interests. Please read and complete the Aeries forms and our class Google Form by Back to School Night.

     You can continue learning by exploring our class website and the Weller website. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Faye at fchouman@musd.org or on ParentSquare as I will not be checking messages while on leave. We both equally value your partnership and communication throughout the year.
