Thank you for all the participation in Red Ribbon week! We won 3rd place in the canned food drive! Shout out to the Sebastian and Hezekiah for all the donations!!! Please be sure to check folders. We have our first project that came home on Friday. I put the wrong due date on the paper (no school on November 10)- it is due November 12th. Fall pictures are in your child's folder (see the dates below for retakes).

Tricky words mean they have don't follow the rules, so we have to know them by heart. Students will blend syllables and sounds to form words. [RF.K.2b] Students will provide corresponding sound when presented with the following letters 'n','h', 's', 'f' [RF.K.3a,b]
Knowledge: Students will continue listening to stories, working on comprehension questions. [RI.K.2] Today students heard another version of The Three Little Pigs, feel free to ask them about the plot. We are working on using first, next, then and last to retell the story.
Math: Students will identify three-dimensional shapes as solid shapes and describe their attributes . [NC.K.G.4] Color of the week is brown.
