Mr. Sean Presents reserves the right to accept or refuse a sponsorship purchase at their sole discretion. If a sponsorship is not accepted by Mr. Sean Presents all money paid will be returned to the applicant. Certain items (images, contest give aways, etc.) may be required from sponsors in order for Mr. Sean Presents to fulfill our obligations under this contract. Should items not be submitted by the deadlines provided, in the manner in which they are requested, Mr. Sean Presents will not be responsible for its inability to fulfill the obligations related to said deadline. Mr. Sean Presents is an L3C - sponsorship is not tax-deductible.
*If the listed program (i.e. Puppet Pals, auditorium presentation) is not requested in your area, your business/organization will sponsor an equivalent number of classroom/auditorium presentations. Travel and other additional costs may apply.
