Welcome to my website! This site serves as a place you can visit for reference to the syllabus for your class and hopefully some helpful parent tips and information. I have also included a page for JLOP (Just Love on People), the club I co-sponsor with Mrs. Lord.

My name is Brittany Brown. I graduated from the University of North Georgia in Dahlonega, GA with a degree in Secondary Mathematics. I also received my Masters Degree from there as well a few years later.

I started teaching in the Fall of 2004 at Johnson High School in Hall County. After teaching there for 7 years, I became a stay-at-home-mom for 4 years after my youngest child was born. I returned to teaching in the fall of 2015, and I have been a very happy Leopard ever since! This is a special place! Truly!

I have two daughters, and I am married to Mr. Andy Brown who is also a math teacher here at the high school. I have 2 dogs and 1 cat. I love Jesus, sea turtles (a lot of ocean animals), the number Pi (not the food!), and I love my job! I believe teaching is my calling, and I enjoy getting to know young people while I try to teach them some math and how to think! :)
