Color Mixing Monsters

We are making tied dyed monsters for Halloween... We are using a technique with color mixing.. You will need a coffee filter, crayola washable markers, spray bottle of water, glue stick, scissors and construction paper to decorate the face of your monster.

Use the Markers to color your coffee filter. You can use any color combination and any design. Here are a few examples of what my coffee filter looked like when I colored the pattern and then got it wet.

The first picture above is what it looked like when I colored the circle and the second picture is what it looked like after I sprayed it with water and put my construction paper on to decorate his face.

This purple and blue monster above is another example of how I colored the coffee filter paper and what it looked like after it was sprayed with water and had a face.

Here are some examples below of mouths and eyes you can use on your monster. You can add horns, wings, nose, arms and legs.. He is your monster, have fun and be creative with it..
