It is the legal right, given to the creator of a work, to print,
publish or perform a literary, or musical piece of art, that is
legally protected. They have the right to authorize others to
either use, or not allow others to use their work.
What is Fair Use?
Fair Use is the right to use copyrighted material without
permission, under certain circumstances, with the understanding
that one is not to sell the work as their own!
